Dr. Rens see's a tooth that can be saved for another 20 years as an opportunity. He will in no way save a tooth needing Perio, or a Root Canal, but will instead pull the tooth and then place an implant. It is one of the most non-sterile environments I have EVER seen in my life, and feel VERY VERY disappointed with my overpriced treatment. I would not recommend going to see him. Just because he has his cute little radio adds does not in any way mean that he is a good dentist. Quite the contrary, he was absolutely terrible... And worst of all... His front office lady was talking about mailing his cases out to China... How Shady is this office??? A disappointed Lady...

I went to Dr. Rens on a referral for a root canal. I was pleased to hear him say that I did not need a root canal. What I didn't realize was that he was going to next pull my tooth without ever informing me he as going to do so. He then told me I would need two implants costing 7,000 dollars. I told him I couldn't afford it as I am on fixed income. He told me that I wuld have to come up with 1,000 dollars per month to pay for them. I am extremely upset by his taking this action without consulting me first or giving me any kind of estimate for the services he planned on performing. I will not go back to him as I do not trust him and I would suggest you not trust him either.
